What is vaginal filler?
Vaginal filler is an injectable treatment that adds volume to selected areas of the vaginal wall. At Trinity, the treatment is planned around your tissue condition, symptoms and the change you hope to achieve.
Filler does not strengthen pelvic-floor muscles or repair significant childbirth injury. If muscle weakness, prolapse, infection or hormonal changes are the main concern, your doctor will discuss other options.
The product matters: Wonder Fill
Wonder Fill is made from processed, decellularized human dermal tissue. It contains extracellular matrix components, including collagen and elastin. It is a different material from a hyaluronic acid (HA) gel filler.

How much does vaginal filler cost in Korea?
Your quote depends on the product, total amount and treatment plan. Trinity discusses Wonder Fill in 5 cc units; your required total is decided after examination. Ask for a written quote showing consultation, treatment, tax and any follow-up charges.
How long does vaginal filler last?
Trinity’s product information describes approximately 1–2 years for Wonder Fill. This is a guide, not a guaranteed duration. Tissue condition and individual response affect the result.
When can I have sex after vaginal filler?
Trinity generally advises avoiding sex, baths, saunas and strenuous exercise for about 7 days. Resume only when the treated area has settled and your clinician advises it.

Vaginal filler FAQs
Can vaginal filler help with looseness after childbirth?
It may be considered when selected areas of the vaginal wall need volume support. It does not repair muscle injury or pelvic-floor weakness. An examination helps distinguish these causes.
Is Wonder Fill the same as hyaluronic acid?
No. Wonder Fill is a human tissue-based product made from decellularized dermal tissue. Hyaluronic acid filler is a different material. The expected duration and options for managing complications differ by product.
Is vaginal filler the same as labial filler?
No. Vaginal filler is placed in selected vaginal-wall tissue. Labial filler, sometimes called labia puffing, targets the outer labia. Tell the doctor which area and symptom concern you.
How much filler will I need?
There is no single amount for everyone. Trinity discusses Wonder Fill in 5 cc units and decides the total volume and placement after examining the tissue. More volume does not necessarily mean a better result.
Is the procedure painful?
Discomfort varies. Your doctor will explain the pain-control options and what you may feel during and after treatment before you decide to proceed.
Can it improve vaginal dryness or painful sex?
These symptoms need their own assessment. Infection, hormonal changes and other conditions may be involved. Do not assume a volume-adding injection will treat the underlying cause.
Is vaginal filler the same as a G-shot or O-shot?
These names are used for different injection approaches and materials. They should not be treated as interchangeable. Ask exactly what is injected and where; this page describes Wonder Fill for vaginal-wall volume support.
